Lakshya Bansal runs a Real Estate Development Business in India. Before joining the family business, Mr. Bansal did his Master's in Construction Management from New York University. He has over 8 Years of experience in the construction industry with 2 years of experience working in the hospitality construction sector in New York. Moreover, Mr. Bansal has worked across a diverse set of projects, varying from Residential, Commercial to Industrial. With Construction Management and Real Estate Skills, Lakshya has managed full project cycles. Wherein, he has consistently completed his projects successfully, in stipulated time and budget, always surpassing his client's expectations.

Sakshi Bansal is a registered Architect in India and holds a Master's Degree in Construction Management from New York University. Her diverse experience of having worked in India for 1.5 years in an Architectural firm, combined with her more than 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the New York City Construction Market, adds to her in-depth understanding of the industry. Having worked closely with Owners, Architects, General Contractors, and Subcontractors, she gained extensive experience while assisting in project completion on schedule and within budget. Ms. Bansal has worked in residential, commercial, and educational sectors and has knowledge of the expediting process for DOB permits and violations.
